• Order Data: Customer names, phone numbers, delivery locations, and order notes to facilitate deliveries and bookings.
• Media: Photos captured or uploaded within the app as proof of delivery or order status updates.

2. How We Use Your Information

The collected information is solely used for the operation and functionality of the application:

• To manage and track customer orders, inventory, and deliveries.
• To authenticate users and manage role-based permissions (Project Owners vs. Employees).
• To send notifications regarding order statuses, groups, and membership changes.

3. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal identification information to others. Data is stored securely on Firebase (Google Cloud) and is only accessible to authorized project owners and employees associated with your specific groups.

4. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain your personal data only as long as necessary to provide you with our services and for legitimate and essential business purposes.

Account Deletion: You have the right to request the deletion of your account and personal data. You can delete your account directly inside the app by going to the Settings screen and selecting "Delete Account". This will permanently remove your profile, personal upload files, and authentication records. Note that transactional records (e.g., historical orders you processed) will remain anonymized for project integrity.

5. Permissions We Request

• Camera & Photo Library: To upload product pictures or capture proof of delivery.
• Notifications: To keep you updated on order statuses and project invites.

6. Security

We implement robust security measures, including role-based access control (RBAC) and data encryption during transit, to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.
